Citizen’s Charter

The Citizen’s Charter is a document which constitutes the instrument through which the different bodies of the State General Administration informs the citizens and users about the services it is entrusted with, about their rights in relation to such services and the quality commitments in the provision thereof.

The renewal of the Army Museum Citizen’s Charter was approved by the Resolution 400/38051/2016, published in the State Official Bulletin no. 102, dated on 28 April, 2016.
