It consists of several subsets, of which is noteworthy the standard-issue Spanish Army’s weapons collection from the 18th century, as well as many weapon prototypes. There are also a great amount of foreign civilian and military weapons. Of the latest, we will refer to the North American carbines from the American Civil War; hunting harquebuses from the 18th century manufactured in Madrid and the Basque Country; the military matchlock weapons from the 16th and 17th centuries (muskets and harquebuses); the group of weapons from the Spanish Civil War used on both sides; or the cased duel or travel luxury weapons, or the sporting weapons from the best manufacturers at that moment: Purdey, Le Page, etc.

Mention should also be made of the machineguns set, among them, half a dozen Gatling models, and the precursors of the repeating system such as the organ machineguns of Spanish manufacture.
